Paola Marino

Paola founded Bliss Yoga Collective to make yoga and wellness accessible to everyone. Yoga came into her life at 21, during a time of deep anxiety, and has been her constant practice for over 14 years. She is especially passionate about supporting people through anxiety, life transitions, physical limitations, and emotional challenges, often weaving sound and Reiki into her sessions. She is also the author of The Yoga of Work.

Karoll

With over 18 years of practice, Karoll brings a grounded, attentive approach to every session, guiding movement, breath, and awareness with care and precision. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply want to feel better in your body and mind, she adapts to every level and need. She continues her studies in the U.S. and India and teaches in English and Spanish.

With 20+ years of practice, Melody blends mindful movement, meditation, and intuitive energy work into sessions that feel grounding and nurturing. A teacher trainer and retreat leader, she founded Twisted Tykes Family Yoga and co-founded Getaway Yogis. She especially loves working with beginners, prenatal and postpartum clients, and anyone recovering from surgery or injury.

Kendall's journey in movement spans more than 20 years, from training clients as a teen in Canada to discovering yoga in 2003. She has taught in studios, corporate spaces, and homes across Houston, and founded Home Yoga & Fitness. Her empathetic, eclectic style helps students feel strong, supported, and truly at home in their bodies.

With 11+ years of teaching experience, Sophia blends strength, flow, and deep restoration in every session. Her favorite styles to teach are Power Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga, and she especially loves supporting athletes in recovery and injury prevention. Grounded, intentional, and supportive.

Practicing since 2012 and teaching since 2019, Lexis has devoted her life to studying the mind and body. With a background in Biomedical Sciences and a focus on anatomy, she brings depth and simplicity to every session, cultivating flexibility in both body and mind. Curiosity, kindness, and plenty of laughter are at the heart of how she teaches, because yoga should be fun. She is currently on a five-year path to becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner, with a vision of one day opening her own clinic and Ayurvedic school.

Carrie

Carrie loves teaching beginners, especially people who once thought yoga wasn't for them. She creates a space where students can show up exactly as they are and discover that yoga is approachable, practical, and truly for every body. She also loves teaching children, helping make movement and mindfulness part of their lives from an early age.

Mia

After 10 years of personal practice and 4 years of teaching, Mia believes that yoga can liberate our minds and bodies. She has learned that unrolling the magic carpet (yoga mat) can offer the space to explore the self and discover what you are really made of. In her class, expect to connect with your breath, your sense of humor and expect to walk away feeling a little lighter. Mia also works as a therapist and often weaves elements of psychology and spirituality seamlessly into her yoga classes, creating a warm and safe space for transformation, healing, and connection to the self.

Anne

With more than 20 years of personal practice, Anne blends mindful movement, breathwork, and accessible guidance to support strength, balance, relaxation, and self-awareness. Alongside her Hatha and Vinyasa certification, she has additional training in Restorative, Yin, and Aqua Yoga, Mindfulness, and Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery. She believes yoga is for every body and creates a welcoming, compassionate space where students move at their own pace and carry the benefits off the mat.
