Yoga has many branches, each specializing in different areas, such as trauma-informed yoga, restorative yoga, or pilates strength-building practices. During your complimentary 15-minute intro call, you’ll share your goals, preferences, and any special considerations. From there, we’ll connect you with a highly skilled teacher who aligns with your needs, ensuring a personalized and meaningful practice.
Can I request a specific teacher for my session?
Yes, you can request a specific teacher after we’ve paired you or if you already know them and want to book directly. However, we take our matching process seriously to ensure the best fit for both students and teachers, so we encourage honoring the pairing for the most aligned experience.
What equipment or space do I need for my class?
Please prepare a yoga or Pilates mat, comfortable clothing, and any personal items you may need, such as a water bottle or towel.Our instructors can bring additional props upon request with 72 hours’ notice. For workplace sessions, simply wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
What should I wear for my class?
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in; like leggings, yoga pants, or shorts with a fitted top. Breathable fabrics are best so you can stretch and flow with ease. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Can I book sessions for small groups at home?
Yes! We love bringing yoga and pilates to intimate settings. You can book private group sessions at your home for friends, family, or special occasions. These classes are a wonderful way to share the practice in a relaxed and supportive environment.

How long does an at-home sound bath session last?
Sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience and benefits of sound healing. For worplace experiences a shorter session is recommended.
